Regarding the lifespan of our devices’ batteries, KandyPens provides a lifetime warranty. As long as components are accessible for the purchased item, this lifetime warranty will be in effect. Our warranty does not cover glass, atomizers, tanks, pods, chargers, or mouthpieces. Damage brought on by mishaps, misuse, misplacement, or abuse is not covered under the guarantee. Additionally, it does not cover aesthetic damage like scratches, dents, stains, or broken plastic that results from regular wear and tear.
